PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
Please allow 4-10 working days for your orders to be processed before they are shipped. Processing times do NOT include shipping times and are used to verify your order, tailor it, perform a final quality check, and package it.
STANDARD SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times refer to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to your doorstep.
For orders in the US and Europe, items usually take 7-19 days to arrive, but can take longer in some cases. Delivery may take up to 14-30 days in some circumstances.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

MY ORDER IS SHIPPED BUT SEEMS TO BE DELAYED
If your order seems delayed, check the tracking information provided by the carrier. If it's still in transit, wait for the package to be delivered. If tracking shows it's been delivered but you haven't received it, contact the carrier to inquire and request an investigation. You can also check with your neighbors or contact the seller for more information.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
If your order has not yet shipped, you can contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a cancellation or change to your order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.
How can I track my package?

I received the wrong item or a damaged item, what should I do?
If you received the wrong or damaged item, please contact customer service at email@example.com and provide your order number and a photo of the incorrect or damaged item. We will assist you with a resolution as soon as possible.
