We deliver to all countries worldwide, excluding the following 5 countries: Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Syria and North Korea.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
Do note that processing times are NOT included in shipping times. It is the time we need to verify your order verification, tailor it, last quality check and packaging.
Please allow an additional 4-10 working days for your orders to be processed before they are shipped by the respective shipping methods.
STANDARD SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to your doorstep.
US & Europe shipping: items usually take between 7 and 19 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. In some circumstances, delivery might take up from 14 to 30 days for delivery.
Estimated delivery dates exclude handling time and will depend on shipping service selected and receipt of cleared payment. We will not be held responsible for any delays that are out of our control (Example: Customs delays / holiday or peak period congestion / bad weather conditions / local post office did not deliver / the client did not pick up the package at his local post office etc.).
Depending on stock availability, if your shipping address is close to one of our manufacturer’s warehouses located across the globe, it can arrive earlier than expected.
We strive to provide top-of-the-line delivery speeds across the world. Please do not be alarmed if our order arrives in more than one package. This is because we expedite orders whenever we can to speed up the delivery process.
When your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking number along with the confirmation of your delivery. Simply check your tracking number for a delivery update.
SHIPPING TO REMOTE LOCATIONS
We are committed to providing customers with the best delivery service, which is why we are continuing to offer coverage to more parts of the world than any other company. As delays are highly possible, please allow additional time for delivery in addition to the estimated shipping time.
If a package is not deliverable and returned to us, we are unable to re-ship it without an additional shipment payment from the customer.
All undelivered packages will be processed as a return.
In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under all circumstances. INTOHYPEZONE will not be held responsible for customs taxes.
If you are unsure if your order is applicable for import fees, please check your local government’s website and note that orders will be dispatched from United States, Japan, China or Hong Kong depending on stock availability at our global warehouses.
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. INTOHYPEZONE cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.
Your shipping address can be modified on your checkout page. If you have a change to your shipping address after placing an order, you can send us an email. We ask that you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request for any modification; Please note, however, that once your ordered has shipped, we cannot make changes to the shipping address.
