PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
Please allow 4-10 working days for your orders to be processed before they are shipped. Processing times do NOT include shipping times and are used to verify your order, tailor it, perform a final quality check, and package it.
STANDARD SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times refer to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to your doorstep.
For orders in the US and Europe, items usually take 7-19 days to arrive, but can take longer in some cases. Delivery may take up to 14-30 days in some circumstances.
Estimated delivery dates exclude handling time and will depend on the shipping service selected and the receipt of cleared payment. We will not be held responsible for delays that are out of our control (e.g. customs delays, holiday or peak period congestion, bad weather conditions, failure of local post office to deliver, or failure of the customer to pick up the package at the local post office).
Depending on stock availability, if your shipping address is close to one of our manufacturer's warehouses located across the globe, your order may arrive earlier than expected. We strive to provide fast delivery speeds worldwide and may send your order in multiple packages to speed up the delivery process
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number along with confirmation of your delivery. You can check the status of your delivery by tracking your package with this number.
SHIPPING TO REMOTE LOCATIONS
We are committed to providing customers with the best delivery service, which is why we continue to offer coverage to more parts of the world than any other company. However, please allow additional time for delivery to remote locations in addition to the estimated shipping time, as delays are highly possible.
If a package is not deliverable and returned to us, we are unable to re-ship it without an additional shipment payment from the customer.
All undelivered packages will be processed as a return.
In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under all circumstances. INTOHYPEZONE will not be held responsible for customs taxes.
If you are unsure if your order is applicable for import fees, please check your local government’s website and note that orders will be dispatched from United States, Japan, China or Hong Kong depending on stock availability at our global warehouses.
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. INTOHYPEZONE cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.
Your shipping address can be modified on your checkout page. If you have a change to your shipping address after placing an order, you can send us an email. We ask that you contact us at email@example.com to request for any modification; Please note, however, that once your ordered has shipped, we cannot make changes to the shipping address.
