RETURN POLICY

At INTOHYPEZONE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a return and exchange policy as follows:

  • Return policy: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached. Only regular priced items can be returned. Unfortunately items purchased at a discount or on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Items listed on the following pages are non-refundable: SCARFS & GLOVES, HATS & CAPS, JEWELRY, SHOES, BAGS.
  • Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@intohypezone.com, stating the reason for the return or exchange. Our team will instruct you on how to proceed with the return or exchange of the product. The cost of shipping the product for exchange is at the buyer's expense.

  • Time expectations: Once we receive your returned or exchanged item(s), we will review it to confirm that it is all in accordance with the return conditions of the item. After confirmation, our customer support team will contact you, and you can choose to either exchange the item for any other product available in our inventory, receive a refund of the amount spent on the product, or receive store credit for the same amount. Refunds and store credit will be processed within approximately 3 to 7 business days after we receive your return.

  • Refunds and store credit: Refunds are provided in the form of a store credit e-card, which exclude original shipping costs. Store credit e-card can be used for future purchases on our website. Original shipping charges and import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable. Return disputes will automatically be closed if we do not receive returned item(s) within 60 days.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that do not meet the above criteria or that we suspect have been worn, altered, or damaged. We also reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for returns or exchanges that are not the result of our error.
