We want you to fall in love with your purchase and we continually strive to deliver the highest quality products possible. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may issue for REFUND or EXCHANGE it for another style within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed and in their original packaging.
  • Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
  • Any merchandise purchased at discount or on sale cannot be returned.

Customers may begin the return process by contacting us at info@intohypezone.com, stating reason for return.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Please bear in mind that the first step for exchange or return is to communicate to our support team. Our team will instruct the customer how to proceed with the exchange or return of the product. 

Once we receive the package, we will review it to confirm that it is all in accordance with the return conditions of the Item. After confirmation, our customer support team will contact you, in which case you can choose from;

  1. Exchange for any other products that are available in our inventory.
  2. Receive a refund of the amount spent on the products.

The cost of shipping the product for exchange is at the buyer’s expense.

 

REFUNDS

  • Refunds will be processed within approximately 3 to 7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
  • Return disputes will automatically be closed if we do not receive returned item(s) within 60 days.
